We have restored very complicated cornices with built-in gutters and fancy corbels and in-laid copper gutters, including slate roof and multi-color painting.
Once we are set up, we have all the talent needed to seamlessly work on demolition, rough and finish carpentry. This is ideal for restoring cornices that have slate, tile and copper in-laid or built in gutters that require highly durable paint.
For even simple jobs such as shingle layovers, we follow the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure their warranty coverage. We use shingles with the Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty.
For flat roof jobs we prefer EPDM WeatherBOND due to the residential Lifetime warranty, and recently there are 100% silicone coatings that the manufacturer warranties for 50 years, water can pond and stand on them with no problems. It avoids most tear offs and is very economical.
