- UsCentral Contracting Inc. based in St. Louis for 30 years, has been satisfying customers in our home based area as well as occasionally cities such as Charleston and Chicago. Our specialty is difficult access, set up, specialized knowledge and attention to detail. We have restored very complicated cornices with built-in gutters and fancy corbels and in-laid copper gutters, including slate roof and multi-color painting. What makes us competitive is because once we are set up, we have all the talent needed to seamlessly work on demolition, rough and finish carpentry For even simple jobs such as shingle layovers, we follow the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure their warranty coverage. We have recently added interior remodeling division specializing in upscale kitchen and baths. We follow OSHA safety guidelines and carry Workman’s Compensation Insurance.
